TELEPHONE INFO & RULES
Welcome to the telephone board, which is where your characters can communicate via phone calls and text messages. Please use one of the provided templates here to create your calls and messages, or feel free to create your own and share the coding with others in the same thread.
Guidelines
- Posts in this board do not have to meet the site word count.
- Conversations are private between the characters involved.
- There are exceptions to the above: if S.H.I.E.L.D. has a tap on the phone of a party involved (for calls) or has cloned it (for calls and texts) then agents with a high enough clearance or assigned to watch the party involved can know about the conversation.
Types of Phones
- Burner phones: Cannot be tapped or cloned, but must be bought in the store and can only be used for one thread.
- Personal phones: Can be tapped or cloned if you've been in contact with a S.H.I.E.L.D. operative recently. Can be used as often as you'd like and keep contact lists.
- S.H.I.E.L.D. phones: Given to all S.H.I.E.L.D. agents. Conversations held over S.H.I.E.L.D. phones are recorded by S.H.I.E.L.D., which means they're good for official business.
