Eight O'Clock on the Dot!
El and Lux are making magic in this thread. Straight up fireworks, and the way they've played with drawing out the reveal is top class.
Deep in the heart of the Soviet City-State resides a facility known as the Red Room, where some of the most skilled assassins of the city-state (and the Empire at large) begin training at a young age. The best of the best are enrolled in the Black Widow program. The facility is currently headed up by Taras Romanov, a stern man with an appetite for violence. One of the school’s most notable graduates is none other than the Russian Avenger, Natasha Romanoff.
One of the physically largest of the Empire’s city-states, the Soviet is home to only a small portion of the Hydra population It stretches across the southernmost edge of the territory, where snow is a common sight. For the past few decades, it has been run by a harsh man, Ivan Petrovitch, who keeps the city-state in check with an iron fist and an elite squadron known as the Winter Soldiers.
