Lux's posts are all wonderful to read. She has done a wonderful job of grasping the new universe and incorporating Peggy into it.
It's good to see Spidey back on the site. Watching him deal with the universe shift in his own snarky way has been nothing short of entertaining.

Jörmungandr, The World Serpent or the Midgard Serpent, Jörmun, Jor, Jori
Currently hanging out in the ocean
Powers & Abilities:
Loki Laufeyson- Jörmungandr idolizes his father, wanting to be everything that the older man is and more. While Loki is certainly not the best rolemodel, and Jörmungandr is definitely frustrated at the moment with his father with Loki's sudden disappearance after what had happened with the Chitauri, Jörmungandr still loves his father with all his heart. He hopes to be as smart and cunning and as good with sorcery as the Frost Giant, and chooses as well to ignore whatever obvious faults Loki may carry.
Control - While he doesn't desire the kind of power and control his father enjoys, Jörmungandr does like to feel confident and in control of situations he finds himself in. He does not like to be outwitted or tricked, preferring to be the one instead who uses clever words to gain an advantage.
Knowledge - Jörmungandr craves knowledge, practically desperate for it. He would beg his father for stories whenever he was visited, trying to obtain informations and opinions without actual experience. When he is freed from his prison, he will be eager to learn everything he can, pestering whoever will listen with the many questions he has about the strange Midgardian ways.
Warmth - Even when he is not in his serpent form, Jörmungandr seems to have a natural love for heat and warmth, ironic considering the Frost Giant blood that runs through his veins. He can stand the cold, of course, though it makes him more sluggish and lethargic than the heat does. He finds it enjoyable to bask in the sun during the afternoon, seeming to carry snake-like traits even in an Asgardian form.
Sweets - Jörmungandr has taken a liking to sweet foods after spending so long without them, and his trust can, unfortunately, often be earned with a bit of candy or pastry.
Reading - Books contain knowledge, therefore Jörmungandr naturally loves to read. He can often be found reading a book, enjoying both scientific studies and the short fictional stories that the Midgardians seem to like writing.
Stars - After being trapped in the oceans of Midgard for so long, Jörmungandr has a large appreciation for the night sky, something that he could never see from his watery prison. He definitely loves to spend some time star gazing while thinking of all the worlds and realms he has yet to see. Well, all the realms other than Asgard, since he currently has no desire to set foot there.
Snakes - Not to be totally conceited or anything, but Jörmungandr is highly interested in his Midgardian brethren. He enjoys learning about them and interacting with the smaller creatures, and tends to act quite offended when it seems that not many others seem to appreciate the creatures as much as he does.
Water - Ironic, considering that he has spent much of his life in the oceans of Midgard. But once he is freed from his prison, Jörmungandr will tend to avoid large bodies of water, getting quite antsy and stressed around them. This borders on almost a developing phobia of water.
Thor Odinson - Thor is everything that Loki isn't, and therefore Jörmungandr has no love for the thunderer. While he has never been personally wronged by his uncle, he refuses to give the other a chance. He does not show his distaste obviously, though, instead putting on a smile and friendly disposition before the other to hide his true dislike. He simply comforts himself with the thought that he will be the one to finish Thor for his father when Ragnarök comes.
Midgard - Jörmungandr doesn't hate the human realm as much as he dislikes Asgard, but the serpent is sick of this world where life and time moves far too quickly. He does appreciate and is intrigued by the Midgardians inventions and findings in their field of science, but he would definitely leave if given the chance.
Fish - After living so long in the oceans and seeing hardly anything but these scaly creatures, Jörmungandr is quite sick of them. He doesn't like to eat them very much, either, now preferring the taste of the Midgardian animal's meat.
Leadership - While smart and cunning, Jörmungandr is definitely not a leader. He does not like responsibility and much prefers to follow someone that he has deemed worthy of his help.
Odin Allfather - Jörmungandr hates his grandfather, and while he may act sweet around Thor, if he ever saw Odin face-to-face, he would more than likely not be able to hold back his rage. Odin imprisoned him and his siblings after being deemed monsters and freaks, and Jörmungandr cannot even begin to fathom the idea of forgiveness.
Being ignored - While Jörmungandr doesn't like being the center of attention, he definitely dislikes being ignored or left out. The current disappearance of his father has him agitated and upset, especially since he can now feel Loki's presence on Midgard and yet is father still does not come. Jörmun does not like the idea of being forgotten by others, which he associates with being ignored.
Failure - Jörmungandr values control and outwitting his opponent, and so he very much dislikes when he fails to achieve these things. He hates to fail in the sense of being put at any disadvantage, but he also hates to fail at day-to-day activities, which may be quite common as he adapts to the strange Midgardian lifestyle.
Intelligence - Jörmun is definitely a smart fellow, with a quick and cunning mind that resembles his father's. He hoards knowledge like a dragon with gold, and enjoys using this knowledge to gain the upperhand over others and achieve the control he so loves. He is always eager to learn as well, not stupid in the sense that he wouldn't befriend someone to gain valuable information.
Illusion - Jor is a master of illusion, especially when it comes to weaving lies and false truths with his words. He likes to use words instead of strength, and is quite naturally adept at using a sharp mind and a clever tongue, traits that he definitely inherits from his liesmith father.
Patience- Like many snake species, Jörmungandr is a master of patience. He can wait as long as needed to achieve what he wants, whether this be hunting down an enemy or just gaining information from someone. His patience is what had kept him sane while imprisoned, though he currently is growing irritable in the oceans and wishes for release.
Hesitant - Jörmungandr is not an impulsive or rash thinker, and while this can be beneficial, this can also cause him to over-think or hesitate in moments that demand a quick and precise decision. He rarely makes stupid choices, but can linger too long in thinking out his plan of action, whether in battle or in strategic planning.
Family - Of course, Jörmungandr has a soft spot for his family, both his father and his older siblings. He has no love for his mother or the royal family of Asgard, but he has nothing but adoration for the rest of his immediate family. He may make rash decisions if the safety of one of his loved ones is threatened. He also has a weakness towards the family he dislikes, often able to be broken out of his usually calm and collected demeanor if taunted with family such as his uncle or grandparents.
Trusting - Jörmungandr is an intelligent man, but often tends to give his trust away easily. He's not as suspicious of others as his father may be, usually only needing a few acts of kindness before he considers someone trustworthy. As expected, this may come back to hurt him, but luckily, he does not cling to anyone when it is obvious they are not his friend. He moves on quickly, able to quickly change his view on someone from ally to enemy.
To obtain as much knowledge as possible - Jörmungandr wants to know and understand everything, and as long as more knowledge exists in the world, he will not cease in seeking it out. He desperately would love to travel the different realms and experience new and exotic places, but knows that his safety is constantly at risk once he leaves the prison that Odin had set him in and that true freedom is not an option yet.
To avoid imprisonment at all costs - Once freed from the oceans of Midgard, Jörmungandr will want to avoid being imprisoned again at all costs. He avoids large bodies of water out of simple fear of them, preferring not to get near them in case he falls in and is unable to once again leave.
Death - He doesn't exactly fear Ragnarök (though he isn't too excited about dying during it), though he is afraid of having his life cut short before he can truly enjoy life. He has no desire to leave until he absolutely can't stay, and worries that he'll be torn away from his father and his life and have to join his sister in Hel until the end.
Being trapped in Midgard's oceans forever - Jörmungandr wishes to avoid being imprisoned once again, and his biggest fear is to be trapped forever, especially with no access to his father. He's afraid that he'll be forgotten and lose whatever humanity he has and be left as a large unstable serpent that will only be freed on Ragnarök, where he will meet his end and be unable to enjoy fighting alongside his family against he Asgardians.
The Chitauri - While not a fear that Jörmungandr openly flaunts or lets known, he definitely harbors a deep fear for the Chitauri and their abilities. He will fight them if need be, though he would much prefer to avoid any contact with them. His confidence falters around these aliens and he will do his best to try and avoid any more attention from them.
OVERALL PERSONALITY: Jörmungandr is a calm and collected individual, often giving off the appearance of confidence and control, even when silent. He often has the feel of a snake about him, waiting and calculating for the perfect moment to strike, though instead of using fangs and muscular coils, he prefers to use his sharp mind and clever words. He's definitely not the kind of being he likes to use brute strength to get his way, often preferring instead to use his knowledge to manipulate the situation to his favor, if possible. If physical attacks are needed, then he's quick and lethal as a snake, though he often prefers to let others do his fighting for him as to not get his scales dirty.
Around closer friends and family, Jörmungandr is much more relaxed. He quite enjoys the company of friends, something he never truly had in Asgard. He will still always be closest to his family, though, bordering on being clingy and eager for their attention. He might follow them around in an effort for their time, and then proceed to throw a nice little brother fit to Loki if yelled at. He can be a dangerous or intimidating individual, but he still makes sure to live up to the annoying little brother role for his family.
Currently, Jörmungandr is residing in the oceans of Midgard where he was imprisoned by Odin. Once he is released, though, he will more than likely not be found too far from his father.
Loki Laufeyson Angrboda
Hela Fenrir Sleipnir (not by blood)
His grandparents, Odin Allfather and Queen Frigga His Uncle, the God of Thunder Thor
Jörmungandr has never brought an important person into his life, even during his time on Asgard. Currently, he has no desire to bring such a special someone into his life.
Jörmungandr wasn't exactly born into the most accepting and loving of homes. He was the third child and second son of Loki Laufeyson, and that in itself would be enough to guarantee a less than joyful reaction at his birth. But Jörmungandr and his two siblings were born to play a part in an apocalyptic prophecy that spoke of the fall of the gods, and therefore there was more fear and hatred towards the trio than love and admiration. Jörmungandr did not care too much in his younger days, surrounded by the love he received from his immediate family. He and his sister, Hela, and his brother, Fenris, were all close, and the three of them all were close with their father. They did not have contact from their mother, Angrboda, for she had left them to be raised by Loki in Asgard, but Jörmungandr did not truly mind. He loved Loki enough to consider him mother and father, the only parent he felt that he needed.
Jörmungandr felt overall that he had a relatively good childhood. He stayed close to his family, not bothering with trying to make other friends or finding new companions. He ignored the whispers that he was not deaf to, and instead focused on reading with Loki or practicing sorcery with Hela, pastimes that allowed him to forget the dislike towards his family and instead simply enjoy himself. It was soon discovered that Hela was a bit...different (Jörmungandr didn't exactly understand how at the moment, other than that his father had seemed quite concerned), and shortly after, Jörmungandr and Fenris discovered their own differences. Fenris could become a mighty wolf, while Jörmun could change his form to that of a fierce serpent. It was exciting, to discover these abilities, and Jörmungandr soon began to prefer his serpent form, often coiling around his father's shoulders to join the older Asgardian in his daily chores. As the three children continued to grow, though, concerns began to grow louder, and Odin himself soon decided to deal with Loki's children himself.
Hela was the first to go, forced through the Bifrost to be banished to the realm of Hel. Jörmungandr was panicked when he discovered that his sister was gone, his fears even bigger when he saw how concerned his father was. Why had she been taken away from them? He knew they weren't well liked, but they hadn't done anything wrong! When Jörmungandr came to understand that it was his own family that had done this, his grandfather Odin Allfather, the first seed of hatred was planted in Jörmun's mind, a hate that would soon grow to include all of Asgard and its inhabitants.
It was hard to move one past his sister's disappearance, but it brought some relief to Jörmungandr when he heard from Loki that she was alive and well in Hel, ruling it as its Queen instead of perishing in its wastes. And so while his sister developed into a ruler, Jörmungandr continued to grow on Asgard, getting into more trouble as young boys are wont to do while continuing to develop his love for books and learning. His serpent form grew as well, no longer able to settle around Loki's shoulders and instead beginning to curl around the larger man at night while sleeping. Concerns towards the serpent began to mount when it was discovered his could fit his family into his coils without trouble, and Jörmungandr began to fear for the worst. Loki seemed to share those fears, and he began to wonder if Odin would banish him to another realm much like he had done to Hela.
Jörmungandr was shocked when he discovered that Fenris was taken away next, locked away in a prison. And instead of the panic and fear he had felt when Hela had been taken, Jörmun felt rage and hatred swell in his heart. He would have sought out the Allfather right then if Loki hadn't been able to help him collect himself and calm down. it would do no good to cause trouble now. So Jörmungandr chose then to grieve, now understanding that there was no chance to evade Odin's determined wrath. So Jörmungandr chose to stay close to his father now, trying to lay as low as possible while trying to mentally prepare himself for his own 'punishment'. He was not surprised when guards came to take him away, forcing him to the Bifrost. He saw that Loki did not cry and therefore straightened his shoulders and lifted his chin, trying to look proud and strong for his father before being transported to Midgard. He found himself in the realm's oceans, his sorcery locked away and trapped in his serpent form, unable to leave the salty waters and forced to forever coil through the planet's oceans.
Jörmungandr was scared at first, lonely and in an unfamiliar place. He had no chance at ruling here, not like his sister had done with her prison. So he lurked in the waters in silence, continuing to grow and seething in anger towards Asgard and the royal family. His father visited him in his dreams, and he could see Hela too, and he began to look forward to his sleeping hours so that he could be reunited with his family. It wasn't a true reunion, but it was enough to keep him sane and somewhat content while he waited for some form of freedom, whether it come from being freed by another or by Ragnarök's arrival. And freedom did come after some time, though not in the way that Jörmungandr had expected.
They called themselves the Chitauri, his 'rescuers', and he soon came to realize that they were not interested in his freedom and rather instead concerned with using him as a pawn in their game. He was pulled from the oceans, teleported to a strange place in space, made of rock and reeking of death. They were quick to establish their motives, making sure he knew that he was their prisoner, their tool in a larger plan. And he soon learned to fear these strange beings that had so easily broken the magics keeping him in place to transport him here. Maybe it was the fact that they had his father, that they were able to force the mighty trickster to obey them. Jörmungandr knew he was part of the reason they were able to force Loki to obey, for what better motive was there than the safety of your child? But there was something else about these Chitauri, some strange and dangerously powerful technology that they possessed that also brought about very good reason to fear. Technology that could affect the mind itself, whether for control or torture, and Jörmungandr soon learned not to fight back against these alien creatures and allowed himself to be used against his own father.
He lost track of time while with the Chitauri, but he knows that one day, the Chitauri holding him fell dead, allowing him to escape back to the oceans of Midgard. He is not sure of the details, and questions have raged through his mind as he lurked in his underwater home, especially when his father's visits ceased for the next few following years. Frustration and fearful concern fills the Jörmungandr's mind now, especially now that he can sense his father's presence on Midgard once again and yet he continues to have no connection with the trickster after what they had experienced. And so the oceans of Midgard have begun to become restless with the World Serpent's irritation, for he has tired of his watery prison and desires explanations and freedom.
