El has been with the site for nearly two years now and has continued to prove her value. Currently, she is heading up our site event, Battle for Liberterram, on top of keeping up with her own personal plots.
Lux's posts are all wonderful to read. She has done a wonderful job of grasping the new universe and incorporating Peggy into it.
It's good to see Spidey back on the site. Watching him deal with the universe shift in his own snarky way has been nothing short of entertaining.
Eight O'Clock on the Dot!
El and Lux are making magic in this thread. Straight up fireworks, and the way they've played with drawing out the reveal is top class.
i was interested in playing Reed Richards from the Fantastic Four, but I had a couple questions.
I know you're using MCU for the Avengers and possibly other groups--are we required to use movie-verse history for the Fantastic Four as well? I know the old F4 movies were not made by marvel, and the new one is....cringe-worthy 8| So I figured I'd ask.
I believe this was answered in the CBox, but I'll post an answer here as well in case someone else is wondering. We have decided that the Fantastic Four movies released by Fox are not canon here on the board, and neither is the reboot. The reason for this is simply that we feel there is too much differentiation in universe between them and the MCU and X-Men movies, which we have already worked together. The Fantastic Four's history will be written as the characters are accepted onto the board and they will fall under the "Superhuman" member group here on site.
As you are the first one applying for a member of the group, much of how they will be portrayed on the board and their origin story will be left up to you to decide. You can utilize movie canon if you so choose, or comic canon; simply work the canon you wish to use into the MCU using the timelines we have worked out.
Thank you for your interest and feel free to come to one of the staff members with any further questions!
