At some point, the culture faced a cataclysm and the city crashed beneath the waves off the coast of Antarctica, disappearing for millennia. Rediscovered by the homo-mermani under the guidance of Poseidon some eight-thousand years ago, Atlantis now houses the world’s oldest, most contiguous culture. The city is vaguely Greco-Roman in architectural regards, and houses roughly two-million Atlanteans, all ruled over by Emperor Namor.
